The challenge

Africa has the youngest population in the world. Without skills that match the market and access to finance, too many young people are locked out of decent work.

What we do

  • Deliver market-led skills training, including digital skills.
  • Support young entrepreneurs with mentoring, business development and access to finance.
  • Broker links between young people and employers.

Outcomes we work towards

  • More young people in decent work or self-employment
  • Growth in youth-led enterprises
  • Improved employability skills
